Max was in
his room. He felt like watching an
educational TV show but then he almost remembered that it was a special day
today. Ryan said, “You’re late for the
car!” Max remembered he didn’t even want
to watch TV that morning because he was going to an educational museum! He had never been there before.
When he got
there, Max thought it was boring. Once
they got to one of the exhibits, he liked it already. He got to touch a weird, round piece of glass
that had lightning on it. Max turned it
on and put his paws on the glass and he saw through the glass that the
lightning was tickling his paw. Then
they went to the space exhibit. They saw
a rocket. They held up the refuel button
until it reached the full blast then they launched it and it hit the rubber
top.
They went to
the discovery exhibit. Then they went
into the outer space. It was at the top
of all the discovery exhibits. He
crawled around and there were lots of rough surfaces to put his paws on. Then they went to the plane. He got to be the driver. Then he got to control it. It flashed turbulence and he thought it was
real but it was only a kid airplane.
They got to
the water exhibit. Max made the balls go
around the exhibit. Just then he noticed
all the water. He thought if the balls
could float, he could too! So he jumped
in the water. Then he got out of the
water and got dry. At the end, they got
to see the ball machine. Or should I
say, the noise machine! It was finally
time to go home. That night, Max dreamed
there was a new exhibit at the Telus World of Science.
